About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of subcontractors and ensuring that work is executed in accordance with business priorities and contractual requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans to manage subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, resolving issues and escalating critical matters as necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and coordinate change management processes.
  • Supervise subcontractor daily activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reports on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
  • Coordinate work planning with subcontractor trades, participate in daily planning meetings, and issue non-compliance reports as required.
  • Manage timesheets, progress, and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with subcontractors, documenting minutes and action items.
  • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor documentation, as per contract requirements.

Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate fluently in English.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb as necessary.

Site Conditions

  • Typical roster of days in, 7 days out.
  • Camp accommodation provided.
