We are a multidisciplinary team of specialists who collaborate to improve patient experiences and outcomes with care and compassion. Our doctors are specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (O&G) who have further specialized in ultrasound, high-risk obstetrics, and reproductive genetics.

The Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience through exceptional service, underpinned by compassion and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

">

You will be responsible for:

">
  • Triage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to patients and healthcare professionals.">
  • Manage patient bookings and monitor clinic appointments, guaranteeing seamless communication and coordination.">
  • Accurately enter data into our patient management system, maintaining up-to-date records and contributing to informed decision-making.">
  • Provide general administrative support to our team, encompassing tasks such as preparing consulting rooms and clinics for the day.">
  • Liaise with external healthcare providers, including GP's, specialists, and their staff, fostering strong relationships and efficient collaboration.">
  • Deliver exceptional caring service to all patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.">
  • Collect consent forms and update accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Support sonographers, sonologists, and genetic counsellors in their daily tasks, promoting a cohesive and collaborative environment.">

  • Demonstrable ability to provide exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding patient expectations.">
  • Excellent telephone manner, ensuring clear and concise communication with patients and healthcare professionals.">
  • Exceptional computer and IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating efficient data entry and management.">
  • Strong attention to detail and time management, enabling effective prioritization and task completion.">
  • Able to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team, promoting collaboration and open communication.">
  • Superior time management skills, with proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.">
