Food and Beverage Service Role

At our esteemed hotel, we seek a dynamic individual to join our Food and Beverage team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a background in hospitality or retail and demonstrate evidence of their Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. While TAB experience and Gaming certificates are beneficial, they are not essential requirements.

This position demands high energy levels, the ability to multitask, and effectively manage competing priorities. Passionate individuals who enjoy working with people, products, and the local region will find this opportunity appealing.

Key responsibilities include serving, cleaning, and resetting through all service periods as required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They must consistently deliver exceptional service and ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue.

Effective communication and liaison skills are crucial for success in this role. The successful applicant will participate in achieving team targets for sales and venue success while maintaining clean work areas and adhering to all policies and procedures as directed by management.
