About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at EG Australia. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a critical role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Contribute to the training and development of the retail team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
