Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our store team and driving sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that the store is always looking its best and that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to lead and motivate a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic knowledge of liquor products and their uses.

Additional qualifications include:

  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent administrative skills, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
