Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality project management consulting services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will coordinate and manage all aspects of building project implementation, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of building project implementation, ensuring the quality and suitability of the final building product.
  • Coordinate activities among project staff, external consultants, building contractors, managers, and other business units to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide a high level of contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
  • Ensure all projects meet client scope, timeline, cost, cash flow, and quality expectations.
  • Effectively engage, communicate with, and coordinate all project team members during all stages of service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations with consultants, local authorities, stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money outcomes and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor and control variances by generating exception reports on time and cost, and conduct project audits to assess team performance.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying.
