The role of Graduate Consultant is an exciting opportunity to embark on a challenging career journey in data and analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for employing initiative and strong communication skills to deliver technical client solutions under supervision. You will also perform a range of varied work activities in structured environments, learning a variety of data and analytics platforms, and developing a strong foundation in Cloud platforms, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Analytics design, tools, processes and implementation approaches.

You will be working under routine direction, effectively managing time and schedules of own work according to deadlines, and contributing to project delivery. You will assist in developing and implementing data pipelines and data stores, actively participate in gathering user/business requirements, data modelling/database design, and designing & developing reports, dashboards & data visualisations and insights.

As a Graduate Consultant, you will be analyzing data from multiple and varied sources, planning and execution of unit and system testing, supporting UAT, and post-production support. You will use initiative to solve problems and know when to seek guidance and ask questions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a tertiary qualification in IT-related subject or relevant work experience, 1+ years relevant industry experience in a client-facing role, demonstratable experience with databases and solution design/development, and experience in development of Business Intelligence/Reporting/Analytics Solutions. You should also have experience with contemporary programming languages/tools including experience with SQL, and be an Australian Citizen.
