Job Summary

The key to our success lies in effective employee allocation. As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for strategically assigning employees to jobs based on their skills, abilities, and availability.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize crew performance by making informed decisions regarding employee assignments
  • Manage field employees, including contracts, vacation, performance evaluations, and daily needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding training, mobilization, pay, and assignments
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain top talent, while managing field personnel and creating productivity metrics
  • Assemble well-balanced crews for execution with safety and quality
  • Determine employee readiness statuses and ensure mobilization/demobilization plans
  • Analyze and report on utilization, bench cost, attrition, and balanced crew development to drive productivity and reduce costs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with minimum three to five years project management experience
  • 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 3+ years managing and developing employees
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management and planning
