
Electrical Infrastructure Specialist

As a maintenance electrician at our project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment in remote camps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
- Identify and troubleshoot breakdown faults and hazards, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform thorough testing and tagging of single and three-phase equipment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive electrical maintenance compliance reports to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
- Install new electrical circuits, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are essential for this position.
- Excellent customer service skills are crucial for interacting with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with professionalism and discretion is vital.
- Reliable and dependable attendance is required, particularly in remote settings where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Test and Tag Certification would be highly beneficial for this role.
- Tickets for working at heights, confined spaces, and other specialized areas would also be advantageous.
- Previous experience in domestic, commercial, and catering equipment maintenance, repairs, and installation work would be highly valued.
