Job Title: Individual Giving Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated fundraising professional to join our development team.

About the Position:

This role will be responsible for expanding a portfolio of donors contributing $1,000-$5,000 through stewardship, cultivation, and solicitations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead donor relations and identify potential new major donors.
  • Cultivate and solicit donations from individuals with customized proposals.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of programs, facilities, and fundraising initiatives to identify donor interests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years related experience in fundraising or business development.
  • Equivalent combination of education, experience, training, or certification may be considered.
  • Background in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
