Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and reconciling debtor accounts assigned to their ledger.
The primary goal is to minimize exposure to bad debt by effectively executing the collection process for all non-major accounts in your portfolio.
- Prior experience as a Credit Officer in a similar position is essential.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills, including MS Office, are required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Good negotiating and influencing skills are also important.
- Previous experience using an ERP system is desirable.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously is crucial.
- Previous exposure to SAP is a bonus.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers job security with a consistent pipeline of work.
