Attract top talent with this exciting opportunity as a Mechanical Trade/Fitter to join the team at our state-of-the-art brewery in Launceston.

This is a Permanent Full-time on-site role, predominantly day shift Monday through Friday, with a 36-hour week comprising of either a 3 x 12 hour or 4 x 9 hour week. Occasional additional on-call work will be required.

As the Mechanical Trade, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, process and equipment improvement projects, fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs. You will work across a variety of areas and processes including Brewing, Packaging and Utilities.

What You Will Bring

- A logical thinker with strong diagnostic skills, using problem-solving tools effectively.
- Experience within brewing, manufacturing, mining or FMCG is highly regarded.
- Any experience working on packaging machines, pump installation and maintenance would be highly regarded
- Team player, passionate and willing to go the extra mile to make a difference.
- Computer literacy and experience with SAP EAM for work order and materials management are desirable.
- A 'safety first' mentality
