We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Yarrow Place, a service of Health and Recovery, Trauma Safety Services (HaRTSS). As a Crisis Response Worker, you will provide face-to-face crisis advocacy and intervention to individuals who have experienced recent sexual assault.
About the Role:- Provide crisis counselling and support to individuals who have experienced recent sexual assault
- Work in partnership with on-call forensic doctors and nurses
- Provide telephone crisis advocacy and intervention
- Coordinate with other members of the Yarrow Place service
- Provide referral information for individuals seeking support
- Mature and self-directed, able to work independently
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a cohesive team culture
- Demonstrated capacity to provide crisis counselling and support
- Proven ability to organise and coordinate effectively
