Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at an Integrated Learning and Development Centre for Children.

About the Role
  • Implement high-quality, innovative play-based programs tailored to individual and group interests, strengths, and needs of children.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to provide exceptional care and education to children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent, as recognised by the Department of Education and Training. They will also possess a strong understanding of Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and curriculum frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working according to Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining positive reciprocal relationships with and between children, families, and educators.
  • Initiating and promoting warm and intentional interactions with children as a key learning strategy.
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of curriculums within the learning program.
About You
  • You will hold a Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent, as recognised by the Department of Education and Training;
  • You have a great understanding of Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and curriculum frameworks;
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Ability to self-manage work requirements in liaison with room team and supervisor; and,
  • Hold current and valid certificates including Working With Children Check, First Aid Level 2, CPR Certificate, Anaphylaxis Management, and Emergency Asthma Management.
