**Job Description**

As a Young Learner Educator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the welfare and safety of the children in your care. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the needs of our youngest campers, aged 4-5 years.

Our Young Learner Educators play a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment, where children feel happy, secure, and encouraged to learn and grow. You will work closely with our Early Years Leader to develop and implement engaging activities that promote participation, creativity, and social skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • • Plan and deliver structured sports, art, and play activities that meet the EYFS requirements for learning and development.
  • • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • • Provide exceptional pastoral care, supporting children's emotional and social well-being.
