Job Overview

This key leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality infrastructure and asset management outcomes for the community. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a professional engineering team.
  • Act as an asset owner for multiple asset classes.
  • Develop and implement Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Oversee complex civil infrastructure designs and provide authoritative technical advice.
  • Deliver effective project management including procurement, contract administration, and budget control.
Essential Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering and be Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certified with Engineers Australia.
  • Demonstrate experience in civil and building design, asset management, and delivery of civil works programs.
  • Possess strong leadership skills with experience managing professional engineering teams.
