Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Transformation Expert. As a member of our Assurance and Technology Risk practice, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses by employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.

You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals by analyzing, evaluating, and enhancing information systems, facilitating the business internal control process.

This role involves operating as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in achieving their objectives. You will work with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems, facilitating the business internal control process.

You will have the opportunity to learn from and assist clients and other Assurance and Technology Risk professionals in performing information technology control engagements.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will be working in a team environment and will need to inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree qualification in finance, business, accounting, IT or related discipline.
  • Professional accreditations and qualifications will also be considered favorably (CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP).

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • A passion for emerging technologies and working within a team to advise clients on how to manage IT risks and accelerate performance.
  • The ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members and use current technology, project management skills and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
  • Knowledge of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
