About the Role:- Oversee daily operations including planning, scheduling, site logistics, inventory management, product receipt, and distribution.
- Manage stakeholders and influence outcomes while overseeing third-party contracts and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance execution, drive contractor performance, and ensure asset reliability and availability.
- Contribute to and execute asset lifecycle strategies and manage major component changeouts.
- Support root cause analysis and implement improvement actions.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or execution (highly desirable)
- 5+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, materials handling, or logistics – ideally in the fertiliser industry
- Strong operational planning, health and safety, and people leadership skills
- Experience in managing third-party contracts and contractors
- Proficiency in SAP, CMMS, automated packing, and bulk handling systems
