Senior Tax Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to manage and coordinate tax-related activities for the organization.

  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulations;
  • Identify and address tax issues across multiple jurisdictions, implementing tax strategies to minimize liabilities;
  • Manage tax audits and prepare required documentation promptly;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax consultants and tax authorities;
  • Conduct deep research on tax issues and provide clear, actionable guidance;
  • Analyze financial statements for tax implications and advise accordingly;
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting;
  • Monitor tax calendars to ensure all filings are submitted on time;
  • Recommend tax-efficient business practices and identify potential savings opportunities;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 6+ years of experience as a Senior Tax Specialist or in a senior role within a Big Four public accounting firm;
  • Strong experience with international tax and relevant legislation.
