Lead a Touch Football Competition

Transform your passion for sports into a successful venture with Kick It Touch. As a competition manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and growth of a new touch football competition.

Our comprehensive support network has over 15 years of experience in establishing competitions that succeed and thrive. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the sporting sector and engage with the local community through adults and junior competitions, tournaments, and charity events.

To excel in this role, you will need experience in touch football, sports, and business. A contract position is available for 12 months, with flexible working hours of 5-10 per week. You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate and additional benefits such as health insurance and profit sharing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of touch football and its requirements. You will work independently, but also collaborate with our team to ensure the success of the competition. If you are passionate about sports and have a proven track record in management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a new touch football competition
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the success of the competition
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract participants and sponsors
  • Manage finances and budgets to ensure the competition remains profitable

  • Experience in touch football and sports management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in managing finances and budgets
