We are seeking a highly skilled Ruminant Business Manager to join our team at ForFarmers UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Total Feed Portfolio, ensuring that volume and contribution targets are met.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets by managing and growing a portfolio of compound feed, blends, dry straights, liquids, moist feeds, and forage products.
- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities within the dairy, beef, and sheep sectors.
- Utilize training and expertise to build a strong ledger, delivering approximately 10,000+ tonnes of compound and blend feed, contributing £400K or more in total sales margin.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to maintain an existing customer portfolio and build relationships with new clients.
- Background in agri-business with a well-established ledger.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in using CRM reporting systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
