Corporate Communications Coordinator Role Overview

This Corporate Communications Coordinator role is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting the team across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will provide hands-on administrative assistance to drive corporate communications projects, campaigns, and tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Communications, Engagement, and Social Responsibility teams to service and coordinate projects, campaigns, and tasks that build upon our company's reputation internally and externally
  • Drive team operations, systems, and processes
  • Administration and support across end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Execution support for internal and external events and activations to drive employee engagement
  • Support integrated communications campaigns and cause-marketing campaigns, philanthropic thought leadership
  • Owning and maintaining corporate social responsibility compliance and reporting
  • Effective tracking of program and task status paired with proactive communication across the team
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Corporate Communication field or similar
  • Qualifications in Communications, Events, and Engagement, CSR, or related fields; Environmental Sustainability, ESG, Behavioural Science
  • Solid understanding of communication and engagement principles and practices within ANZ and globally
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering communication and stakeholder engagement campaigns for internal and external audiences
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable in outlook and approach
  • Inquisitive with a desire and capacity to learn and relearn
