Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy diesel plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

This is a full-time role based in Dubbo, with a focus on working across a wide range of heavy earthmoving operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role involves carrying out preventative maintenance, field servicing, fault finding, and repairs to ensure our projects run smoothly and safely. Key responsibilities include continuously improving Safe Work practices, working within workshop rules and regulations, liaising with managers and supervisors, thoroughly diagnosing and repairing faults, and servicing and maintaining equipment of Plant and truck fleet.
