About the Role

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborate with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
Requirements
  • You hold a Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiotherapy.
  • Registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License.
