Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our Group Compliance team as a Senior Compliance Principal. In this role, you will work closely with experienced risk and compliance professionals to support the effective management of compliance risk within our broader Risk Management Framework.

As a Senior Compliance Principal, you will assist with deep-dive thematic reviews and analysis to identify gaps in compliance or regulatory compliance issues, support and provide compliance advice on regulatory change projects, coordinate and oversee the compliance incident management process, and provide any other support to your team to achieve their objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that align with your interests and skills, and you will be responsible for ensuring that compliance incidents are managed effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Your Team

  • The Compliance Incident Team (CIT) is responsible for providing specialist compliance incident management and assessing for reportability of matters to our Regulators.
  • The Compliance Oversight Team (COT) is responsible for specialist Compliance oversight and challenge in the management of compliance risks and maturity.
  • The Compliance Monitoring & Insights Team (MIT) is responsible for managing development of insight reporting, management of team tools, coordination of Frameworks and Compliance Training.
