Customer Delivery Driver Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team at Adelaide Airport. As a key member of our airside team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of catering products to aircraft.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading Trucks and Aircraft: Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering products, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.
  • Driving and Vehicle Checks: Perform short distance driving and basic vehicle checks, including re-fueling, to ensure the safe operation of our vehicles.
  • Airport Operations: Guide and position trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies, and communicate effectively with Airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand over.
