About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to support the merchandising team in creating engaging digital experiences for clients. As a Junior Online Merchandiser, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing category pages, deals, and retail promotions to ensure site standards are consistently met or exceeded.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with the client to understand their content management systems and objectives, providing solutions that best meet their needs while upholding company values.

You will also be responsible for conducting regular campaign performance analysis, feeding insights and proposed actions into lead merchandisers and clients for monthly/quarterly trading reports. Additionally, you will conduct trend research and competitor analysis for monthly/quarterly planning purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily/weekly category pages, deals, and retail promotions
  • Build understanding of client content management systems and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to develop optimized product ranges
  • Conduct image sourcing, uploading, and optimizing events, campaigns, and category pages
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights
