**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a Residential Aged Care home, delivering high-quality care, operational excellence, and a supportive work environment.

About the Role

This leadership position involves full responsibility for the management of the home, encompassing clinical oversight, service delivery, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the home.
  • Ensure clinical care and services meet best practice standards and exceed resident expectations.
  • Develop and deliver business plans, budgets, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.

About You

We seek a candidate with:

  • A nursing qualification and current registration.
  • Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
