Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of cargo, preparing customs documentation, registering export shipments, and liaising with clients and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare customs documentation
  • Register export shipments
  • Lodge air/sea cargo automation
  • Liaise with clients and service providers
  • Understand the shipping process from end to end
  • Provide support to the Customs Team
  • Be familiar with quoting/pricing

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience with CargoWise (EDI/C1/CW1)
  • A keen eye for details
  • Confidence in dealing with customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Accuracy and speed with data entry
  • Status as an Australian Citizen or have unrestricted working rights
