Marketing Director Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join an innovative marketing team, with a wealth of experience from talented professionals. Our client is a forward-thinking agency specialising in both existing and off-the-plan project sales.

  • As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing including brand, agent profile, social and property marketing. This includes:
  • Coordinating and rolling out property campaigns - including digital and print marketing
  • Attending vendor and developer meetings
  • Content creation - videography, photography, graphics and ad copy writing
  • Updating social media channels daily & ensuring there's a growth strategy in place
  • Business marketing - database management, landing pages, website, Google My Business
  • Managing agency partnerships, relationships with clients & stakeholders
  • CRM database management and mailouts
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An experienced marketer with experience in real estate / property
  • Demonstrated ability to run social media platforms and create content
  • Creative in your outlook and enjoy putting forward ideas
  • Experience with Canva or similar and able to edit video / create reels
