Residential Construction Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead the construction of our residential development. As a key member of our QA Build team, you will be responsible for managing site teams, contractors, and laborers to deliver high-quality homes.
The successful candidate will have a trade qualification, preferably in carpentry, and hold a QBCC Supervisor Licence. You will also have a proven background in production/volume residential construction and be confident in using construction management software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a large site with multiple teams and contractors
- Coordinating and scheduling laborers and plant operators
- Ensuring each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive
Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve on the go.
