The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and labor resources.

• Monitoring and controlling labor productivity, ensuring cost-effective delivery and adherence to program.

• Maintaining quality control through inspections, compliance checks, and rectification management.

">

• Overseeing technical delivery – ensuring drawings, specifications, and standards are correctly implemented.

">

• Driving and enforcing WHS compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.

">
