At Technical Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities in Perth, including all planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Maintenance: Supervise and undertake the day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance of our buildings, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
- System Installation and Maintenance: Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire control systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Contractor Management: Supervise work being carried out by external contractors, ensuring all work is completed to the required standard and on time.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safe work practices and ensuring all HSE documentation is completed and filed.
- Communication: Monitor emails in the Facilities inbox, raise work notifications, and ensure contractors and staff are kept informed of job progress.
- Work Order Management: Track and update work orders to ensure they are accurate and carried out in a timely manner.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with building owners or appointed facility managers for base build planned and reactive maintenance.
- Emergency Response: Respond to all calls (24/7) to the Facilities on-call mobile number, ensuring a prompt and effective response to any facility-related issues.
- Procurement: Assist in the identification and procurement of hardware items, ensuring all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
