Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud networking, switching, and routing solutions to provide technical guidance and support to clients.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide technical input to help close deals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing training and support on deals ranging from $20,000 to $2 million.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives and vendor product managers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to support business growth and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Balanced Skillset: Strong technical and sales capabilities, with a proven track record of success in a presales environment.
  • Self-Motivated: Independent, driven, and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: IT distributor/vendor presales experience and cloud networking knowledge are essential for this role.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of presales experience, with a university qualification preferred.
