About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to join our leading team in the boating industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers seeking watercraft, outboard engines, and related accessories
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the most suitable solutions
  • Stay updated on our wide range of products
  • Consistently achieve sales targets by offering exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards and ensure products are well displayed
  • Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the dealership, marine or boat industry
  • A passion for boating and watercraft and/or a knowledge of boats
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Self-motivation and results-driven
  • Flexibility to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays, on a rotating roster
