About The Opportunity

We're in the business of transformation – transitioning off our legacy ERP to a new ERP. As a Process Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing and refining the core processes that power our business. Reporting to the Process Owner, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. With your deep process knowledge and cross-functional insights, you'll help drive simplification, alignment, and smarter ways of working across multiple processes across our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to support solution design, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for seamless execution.
  • Lead testing activities including validation of data migration and functionality, escalating issues and ensuring deployment readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and align practices across functions and states for greater efficiency.
  • Support business readiness through process mapping, data cleansing, and stakeholder engagement ahead of deployment.
  • Facilitate training, transition planning, and change advocacy to ensure smooth adoption and a successful move to BAU.
You're Likely a Match If
  • Strong communicator and facilitator, confident working across both business and technology teams to drive alignment.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, demos, and change initiatives, bringing people on the journey.
  • Experienced in process design and optimisation, with 5+ years in retail, wholesale, or similar environments.
  • Hands-on experience with digital transformation, including BPM, ERP, RPA, and system deployments.
  • Solid understanding of IT delivery and change management frameworks, with proficiency in MS 365 and process mapping tools.
  • Collaborative and agile mindset, with a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
