Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations in our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developed strong relationships with kitchen staff to deliver consistent quality.

Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, preferably with a focus on customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment, with a track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
  • A proactive, positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong self-motivation and confidence to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (desired but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
