Job Role

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering exceptional frontline customer services to students and staff, supporting learning, teaching, and research activities at the University.

Key responsibilities include assisting students and staff with the use of Library spaces and facilities, providing access to quality information resources across all collections, and helping students navigate the Learning Management System.

This position requires a personable individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can provide clear advice on accessing information resources. Essential attributes include patience, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team and with other teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in frontline customer service where patient communication is key.
  • Digital literacy and social media skills are essential.
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills, along with presentation skills, are required.
