Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Profitability: Achieve sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Asset Management: Assist in achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including new and used precision wholegoods inventory.
- Inventory Management: Provide assistance and guidance for forecasting the right mix of inventory to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory.
- Technology Optimization: Provide continuous input of standard machine technology specifications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Team Management: Assist in the management and development of the Precision Technology Specialists with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company and customers.
- Business Development: Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures to drive business growth and expansion.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist with recruitment, training, development, and management of the Precision Technology Specialist and other Brandt employees.
- Community Relations: Establish and maintain good public relations with communities, civic, political, and industry personnel.
- Industry Events: Attend industry events, actively participate, and promote all divisions of Brandt during the event and presence at all physical operating locations within the prescribed AOR of Brandt.
