About Disability Support Work:

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for supporting people in their daily lives, assisting with domestic and personal needs, and promoting independence.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide 24/7 care and support, responding to individual customer needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.

Key Requirements:

  • A valid Australian driver's licence is required to perform duties related to transporting customers.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory prior to commencement.
  • Ability to use technology, including software and phones, to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
