Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Analyst Production role in Mining Area C.

About the Role
  • Monitor, develop and improve data management systems including Minestar FMS, Helix, Spotfire, Business Objects, Power BI and Excel.
  • Benchmark, monitor and analyze production processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track weekly and monthly performance metrics to ensure adherence to operational plans.
  • Collaborate with the execution team to develop practical, safe and sustainable solutions that enhance mining stability and capability.
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice on data analysis and benchmarking of Mining Production's end-to-end performance.
  • Lead improvement initiatives that drive functional excellence and support solution implementation by facilitating change management.
  • Validate that projects deliver value and track weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a recognized tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Science or a related field and strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
