Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate leader to spearhead strategic engagement and communication initiatives across complex infrastructure, environmental, and energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful stakeholder engagement strategies and managing complex projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans across various projects
  • Manage and deliver complex projects for clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and convert them into proposals and close sales
  • Contribute to high-performing teams and drive delivery excellence

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, managing complex projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to high-performing teams.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Formal qualifications in Social Science, Communications, or Commerce degree or similar; or appropriate transferrable skills
  • Strong focus on client service and delivery
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality content for various audiences and mediums
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with community members and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Sound judgment and decisiveness
