
Office Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable medical administration support person to join our team. This is an office-based position, requiring self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team environment.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, supporting doctors and sonographers, and managing various administrative tasks including billing and receipting Medicare claims, private accounts, and health insurance accounts.
- Scheduling appointments and answering incoming calls.
- Liaising with health professionals and maintaining accurate records.
Applicants must have previous experience in medical reception and be competent in using Genie software. They should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will be an Australian citizen or hold a valid work visa and be willing to provide two referees upon submitting their application.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Support doctors and sonographers in their daily activities.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and billing.
