This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to oversee market operations, coordinate stallholders, and build relationships with vendors and the community.
- Lead site setup, stallholder arrivals, and customer flow management
- Coordinate a small on-site team and manage weekly allocations effectively
- Develop strong relationships with over 100 stallholders and internal stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support seasonal events successfully
This role requires early starts and physical presence on site for approximately 10 hours on market day.
The ideal candidate is a natural people-person who enjoys interacting with diverse individuals, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to take action.
Key skills and experience include:
- 2+ years in a leadership or management position
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions
- Computer literacy, including database management expertise
