Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Interior Design Consultant to join our team. As an Interior Design Consultant, you will be responsible for inspiring customers with creative flooring and colour advice that matches their lifestyle, vision, and budget.

Your role will combine style expertise with practical know-how in a dynamic environment where every day is different – and every project ends with a stunning result.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through the selection process, making it simple and enjoyable. You will stay on top of the latest interior trends, textures, and finishes to give confident, personalised recommendations.

You will create a seamless experience by preparing accurate quotes, arranging samples, and following up with care. You will work as part of a passionate, supportive team to exceed sales goals and make every customer feel valued.

You will also keep the showroom looking its best, with stunning displays and up-to-date samples that inspire ideas.

  • Excellent people skills – you love helping others and know how to make customers feel at ease.
  • A consultative sales approach – you listen first, then guide customers to the best solution.
  • Goal-driven energy – you're motivated to achieve sales targets while maintaining genuine service.
  • Retail or design experience is ideal, but not essential – we provide full product training.
