**What You Will Be Doing**
The Youth Consumer Consultant - Level 3 is a designated Lived Experience Position within the new and expanding Infant, Child and Youth Program Stream. This role will lead ongoing implentation of co-design activities and identify future opportunities for young people, families, carers and supporters to inform all aspects of service delivery and improvement.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Must have, be willing to declare and work from a lived experience as a Consumer of Mental Health/AOD/Dual Diagnosis services
- Previous experience in a Lived Experience role - Peer Worker/Senior Peer Worker, Advisor, Consultant, OR previous experience in advocacy, respresentation or systems change role
- Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health/AOD consumer/carer movements and evolving positions on design and delivery of treatment, care, support services
- Understand of the diversity of cultural, linguistic and gender backgrounds of our community and the impact this has on consumers and families, carers and supporters/supporters experience of mental illness
