Barista Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate barista who is dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, taking orders, and preparing and serving high-quality food and drinks.

Our specialty coffee is renowned for its unique flavor profile, and we pride ourselves on offering healthier alternatives and environmentally sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages with attention to detail
  2. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely manner
  3. Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and manage cash transactions accurately
  4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment that meets health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience as a barista, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
  • 4 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues effectively
  • 4 years of experience in food handling, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Australia Work Authorisation, ensuring compliance with local regulations
