Respect Aged Care is currently seeking Food Services Assistants to join our dedicated hospitality team on a Permanent Part Time Bases at Respect Peacehaven in Launceston, Tasmania.
We're looking for reliable and flexible individuals who are available to work across a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday.

About the Role Reporting to the Chef/Cook, the Food Services Assistant plays a vital role in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Food Safety Program (FSP) while delivering high-quality food and beverages that meet our residents' individual needs and preferences.
Key Duties Contribute to menu planning to support resident needs and preferences.
Prepare, serve, present, and deliver food and refreshments in line with the FSP.
Perform general cleaning duties as required under the FSP.
Assist with monitoring and recording FSP requirements, such as temperature logs and goods receipting.
Ensure friendly, timely delivery of meals and refreshments to residents.
Report any concerns relating to food and beverages to the Registered Nurse in Charge.
Essential Requirements Completion of a Food Handling Course.
Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in residential aged care food services.
Must meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.
