About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our tooling division at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our Data Management Framework across Macquarie's operating and support groups.

Your primary focus will be on designing and uplifting Data Management Tooling solutions that support groups delivering to their data management and governance obligations. You will also ensure that the Data Management Tooling requirements are designed, developed, and appropriately socialized with the user journey being central to the success of the solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Data Management Framework across Macquarie's operating and support groups.
  • Design and uplift Data Management Tooling solutions to support data management and governance obligations.
  • Ensure Data Management Tooling requirements are designed, developed, and socialized with the user journey in mind.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze systems, and design processes.
  • Develop and maintain data governance tools and processes using Collibra or equivalent data governance tool.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working in Business Analyst and/or solution design roles within Banking and Financial services.
  • Experience in implementing data governance tools in big organizations.
  • Strong understanding of core data management and data governance methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management, and verbal and written communication skills.
