The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B or Institutional financial services marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, methods, and strategies. They will possess excellent project coordination skills, from concept to measurement and analysis, as well as strong digital native skills and CRM expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract, retain, and expand relationships across PCT's primary client segments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of campaigns and events, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct analysis post-campaign to assess ROI and measure marketing impact.
  • Provide client communication and business marketing support as scheduled and as needed.

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for marketing and a drive to deliver exceptional results. If you have:

  • Relevant tertiary education
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in B2B or Institutional financial services
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, methods, and strategies
  • Strong skills in events management
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills
